How long does an order take to process? Every print is made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 4 business days before your order ships.

Can I customise the size or frame? Yes, most prints are available in multiple sizes and frame finishes on the product page. If you need a size we don't list, email us and we'll try to accommodate it.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets via Razorpay, PayU, or Cashfree. All prices shown are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST.

Shipping

Do you ship across India? Yes, pan-India. See our Shipping Policy for rates and timelines.

Do you ship internationally? On request. Email help@printrek.com with your destination and we'll quote shipping.

Can I track my order? Yes. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email, and you can also check order status anytime from your account.

Prints & framing

How should I care for my print? Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from high humidity. Clean the glass/acrylic with a dry microfibre cloth only.

Will the colours match exactly what I see on screen? We colour-calibrate every print, but screens and printed paper render colour differently, so minor variation is normal and isn't considered a defect. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Returns

What if my print arrives damaged? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. Full details in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
