Every print is made to order, so please allow processing time in addition to transit time below.

Processing time

Orders are printed, framed and quality-checked within 2 to 4 business days before dispatch. During sales or holiday periods this may extend slightly; any delay will be communicated by email.

Delivery within India

• Flat shipping rate: ₹99 per order.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹3,000.
• Estimated delivery: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

International shipping

We ship outside India on request. Email help@printrek.com with your destination address and the products you're interested in, and we'll send a shipping quote and estimated timeline. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also view order status anytime from your account.

Failed or missed delivery

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup, per their own process. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; a second shipping charge may apply if the failure was due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Change of address

If you need to change your shipping address, email help@printrek.com as soon as possible after ordering. We can only update the address before the order has been dispatched.

Packaging

Framed prints are shipped in rigid, corner-protected packaging designed for fragile items. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the courier before accepting delivery where possible, and contact us. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
