PrinTrek (GSTIN 09CIJPG7120G1ZC) is a sole proprietorship operated by Akash, registered in Uttar Pradesh, India. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of printrek.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to create an account or place an order. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at help@printrek.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed. Product photography is representative. Since prints are physical, printed objects, minor variation in colour and texture between what you see on screen and the delivered print is normal and expected, and is not considered a defect (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. We use third-party payment processors (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, or Stripe for international cards) to handle all payment information; PrinTrek does not store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping and risk of loss

Ownership and risk of loss in your order pass to you once it's delivered to the shipping address you provided. Delivery timelines in our Shipping Policy are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.

Intellectual property

All photographs, images, text and designs on this Site are the original work of PrinTrek and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print grants you the right to display that physical print for personal, non-commercial use. It does not grant you any right to reproduce, scan, republish, sell, or create derivative works from the image, digitally or otherwise, without our prior written permission.

Reviews and user content

If you submit a product review or other content to the Site, you confirm it's your own genuine opinion, you have the right to share it, and it doesn't contain unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material. By submitting it, you grant PrinTrek a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and use that content on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, scraping content at scale, attempting unauthorised access to any account or system, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as our Instagram page. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable Indian consumer protection law. We don't guarantee the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrinTrek's total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PrinTrek harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or government action.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before initiating any legal proceeding, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting help@printrek.com. Any disputes not resolved this way will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrinTrek regarding your use of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
